Each melt lasts for approximately 16 hours of fragrance burn time. This may vary depending on how your wax melts are stored and burned. We recommend storing them in a cool place out of direct light and away from any heat sources. Smaller burners will heat the wax hotter and the fragrance will burn off quicker.

REGULAR ORDERS
We endeavour to ship your orders within 3 days from the purchase date. This may be longer during busy periods. Orders placed after 12pm on a Friday and over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday. Once your order is with the courier company we have no control over the speed of delivery.

Our wax melt subscriptions are shipped at the beginning of each month. We aim to dispatch them by the 5th of each month - the date may vary slightly from month to month.
The cut off date is the 21st of the month to receive your first box at the beginning of the following month.
For example, if you order before 21st January, your first box will be the February box, posted in February.

When you sign up to our wax melt subscription you will save 10% on the regular cost of our wax melts plus shipping is free.
There is a minimum term of 2 months before you can skip or cancel your subscription. You can make changes to your subscription through your account.

No refunds or exchanges will be given for subscriptions. If your order is damaged or lost then pleaseget in touch via email, hello@lisawoodshome.co.uk
